The private joint stock company “Elsis TS” was founded in the year 2003. The company, belonging to “Elsis” group, is involved in the activity, pertaining to the sphere of the IT, telecommunication and intelligent engineering systems. The main areas of expertise – integrated data acquisition and management, environmental monitoring, military, information security, smart house and building management, digital television systems and solutions.

The company is located in Kaunas; more than 30 highly qualified specialists work for it. In the year 2011 the turnover of the “Elsis TS” exceeded 3,3 mln. Euros (11,3 mln.Lt).

The sectors of telecommunications, energy, heating and water supply, defense and security, construction and building management, transport, industry are the major market segments of the “Elsis TS”.

The main territories, on which the enterprise operates, are as follows: Lithuania, the European Union, Russia and the other CIS countries The activity in the Russian Federation and in the other CIS countries is executed via company ZAO “Elsis SPB“ (S.Petersburg, Russia) and its Branch in Kaliningrad OOO “Elsis Kaliningrad“. They specialize in creation, production and realization of the products, which are meant for sale in Russia and in the CIS countries, and render the services on technical maintenance of the products.

The “Elsis TS” keeps to the high quality work requirements. The company has implemented quality LST EN ISO 9001:2008, environmental LST EN ISO 14001:2004, occupational health and safety BS OHSAS 18001:2007 management systems.

The company has the permission, issued by the Ministry of Environment (certificate Nr. 4428), for execution of projecting and construction jobs of the building part. The spheres of projecting and construction jobs are as follows: the sphere of management (automation) of electric engineering equipment with tension up to 1000, of the electronic connections (telecommunications) and engineering systems, of the security and fire-prevention alarm systems. „Elsis TS“ has the permission, issued by State Energy Inspectorate under the Ministry of Energy the Republic of Lithuania, for maintenance of electrical (certificate No.E-1133) and gas (certificate No.GD-0228) equipment.

The specialists of the enterprise have the qualification certificates, issued by the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania and by the State Energy Inspectorate under the Ministry of Energy the Republic of Lithuania, which provide them with the right to act as the special construction jobs managers and as the technical supervision managers, perform electrical and gas equipment installation, adjustment and maintenance works.
