- Possibility to monitor consumption of energy resources at your apartment or at the whole house, to track statistics.
3. Information panel:
- Ads (announcements) of administrator and residents
- Resource consumption, tracking of statistics,

- Forum of residents.
4. Additional “smart home” functionality options for each apartment according to individual needs:
- Lightning control,
- Control of electrical devices,
