The private joint stock company "ELSIS TS" was founded in the year 2003. The joint stock company, belonging to the group of enterprises "ELSIS", is involved in the activity, pertaining to the sphere of the IT, telecommunication and intelligent engineering systems. The main trend of its activity is complex solutions, meant for the operators of the fixed connection telecommunications; the data gathering and the dispatcher processes management of the power industry enterprises (SCADA); the solutions, meant for the operators of the digital television services; projecting, production, implementation and maintenance of the intellectual engineering systems for the civil and military assignment; the engineering infrastructure projects.

The joint stock company is established in Kaunas; more than 40 highly qualified specialists work for it. In the year 2007 the turnover of the "ELSIS TS" exceeded 10 mln.Lt (3 mln.Euros).

The "ELSIS TS" keeps to the high quality work requirements. The quality management system, which is implemented in the joint stock company, meets the international requirements of the standard EN ISO 9001:2000.

The joint stock company has the permission, issued by the Ministry of Environment (certificate Nr. 4428), for execution of projecting and construction jobs of the building part. The spheres of projecting and construction jobs are as follows: the sphere of management (automation) of electric engineering equipment with tension up to 1000, of the electronic connections (telecommunications) and engineering systems, of the security and fire-prevention alarm systems. The specialists of the enterprise have the qualification certificates, issued by the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania and by the State Power Industry Inspectorate, which provide them with the right to act as the special construction jobs managers and as the technical supervision managers.

The famous international companies "Harris Corporation", "Stratex", "Hughes Network Systems", "Radmor", "Comrod", "ESL", "Rohde & Schwarz", "Thales", "Terma" and "Homecast" are among the long-term partners of the "ELSIS TS".

The sectors of telecommunications, power industry, transport, industry, defense and security as well as the economic sectors of significant importance are the major market segments of the "ELSIS TS". The "TEO LT", "Lietuvos dujos", Ministry of the Country Defense, the Lithuanian Army, the Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service, the International Vilnius airport and other enterprises are in the list of the most solid clients of the enterprises.

The joint stock company has implemented a number of large-scale projects both in Lithuania and abroad by implementing various telecommunication, telemetric, digital television, tactical radio and satellite connection, observation, control and management systems, by realizing the complex military engineering infrastructure jobs.

The main territories, on which the enterprise operates, are as follows: Lithuania, the European Union, Russia and the other CIS countries as well as the neighboring countries. The activity in the Russian Federation and in the other CIS countries is executed via the companies, which are attributed to the group "ELSIS", i.e. via the companies "ELSIS-Kaliningrad" and "ELSIS-SPB". They specialize in creation, production and realization of the products, which are meant for sale in Russia and in the CIS countries, and render the services on technical maintenance of the products.
