Solutions: Project description:Tax Information Center (call number 1882) development – modern telephony equipment (contact center) integration with information system, creation of comprehensive knowledge base. Created system allows all customers in Lithuania get all requested information about tax payment using single telephone number and e-mail address. System is fully integrated with other state registries and information databases.
