“Elsis and “Elsis PRO” has successfully completed the project at Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant, during which developed and implemented solid state radioactive waste registration information system. This project - part of radioactive waste management program which in 2007-2009 jointly conducted the Swedish Radiation Safety Inspection and Russian “Concern Energoatom” in Leningrad Region. The whole program was funded by the Swedish government, which pays special attention to appropriate and modern radioactive waste management.

One of the project requirements - the information system must follow international standards for radioactive waste collection, processing and storage process. The software, based on Oracle DB, Java and Web technologies, features radioactive waste storage facility visualization, allowing a user to see 3D view of individual sections, easily find, select and / or change the radwaste storage place.
