The company „Elsis biuro sistemos“ (Office Systems), belonging to the group of information and communication technology companies „Elsis“, is changing the name to „Elsis IT“ as of 8 September 2010.

According to Arūnas Daukša, the Manager of the company „Elsis IT“, the old name of the company no longer identifies the activities of the company. „The spectrum of services and products of the company „Elsis biuro sistemos“ has been expanding over the entire period of operation of the company. The company has been rendering the sales and consulting services in the field of integrated data transmission networks, servers and repositories, call and contact centers, control and security systems, as well as other fields of IT infrastructure for the number of years“, – states Arūnas Daukša.

The contracts, concluded under the old name of the company, will remain in full force and effect under the same terms and conditions.

Arūnas Gedvila, the Managing Director of the group of information and communication technology companies, emphasizes that both the company „Elsis IT“ and the entire group of companies – „Elsis“ – will undergo changes. The logotypes of „Elsis“ group as well as the companies within the group will be updated as of 7 September 2010 without making any changes in the names.

The decision to change the logos of the group of information and communication technology companies „Elsis“ and individual companies thereof was taken with a view to reflect the changes that have taken place over nearly 20 years of operation and attitude towards the activities of the group of companies. „The company „Elsis“ was established in 1991 as a developer, manufacturer, and installer of office equipment and electronic systems. The activities of the company have been continually developed and changed until eventually the company has transformed into the group of companies, providing integrated complex information and communication technology solutions as well as services, covering not only hardware, but also software products as well as systems. A new logotype emphasizes the exclusiveness of each company at the same time maintaining the alliance of the entire „Elsis“ group“, – confirms Arūnas Gedvila.
