ELSIS TS won the tender of the Lithuanian Naval Forces and on 12 October 2015 signed the Agreement on the sale, assembly, installation and launching of radio direction finding equipment in Palanga, Klaipėda and Nida sea surveillance posts of the naval forces. The total value of the project amounts to EUR 685,000.

During the execution of the Agreement the following activities will be carried out: all documents and design drawings required for the assembly of the equipment will be prepared; three sets of radio direction finding equipment will be installed, harmonised and made compatible; all hardware and software required to process information received from radio direction finders in all sea surveillance posts, to represent the processed details, and to control the equipment installed in the sea surveillance posts will be installed; in addition,  other system launch and harmonisation activities will be conducted.

The operation of the radio direction finding system, which was developed in 2014 and installed at the beginning of 2015, is based on the correlative interferometer principle. Each set of the equipment is composed of an exclusively wide range antenna (20 MHz – 1300 MHz), a unit for receiving radio signals and processing of information which will be installed within the premises, computer equipment and ancillary modules required for eliminating any interference caused by radio transmitters used in the equipment installation location.
