UAB Elsis TS completed the implementation of the project “Hardware Solution for Extremely Low Delay Compression / Decompression of Video Stream for Reliable Transmission in Real Time” (E!6083 FASTViD), financed by the Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology (MITA), performed within the framework of “Eurostars” international innovation programme.
In this project UAB Elsis TS participated jointly with their partners – “Vitec Multimedia” (France, Project Coordinator), Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania) and “Unibrain S.A.” (Greece).
Today developed FASTViD prototype is the fastest video encoding/decoding hardware solution in the world.
